Weekly GOALS!
Hey everyone,
So I've been a little lost and I've wanted to become more involved in the forums and haven't done a great job of it so far. So to combat this issue I've made a goal, and I thought it would be good if we had a thread about goal setting on the forums.
I've decided to set my goal across the week. And my goal is to "Personally respond to 3 people".
I chose 3 because it's a nice number, not too easy but not too daunting. The idea of responding to people helps push me to be more apart of the forums and step more into the role of a builder.
So now that I've shared my goal for this week, I'm wondering if you have any goals this week? What are they?
My goals: book driving lessons, book my driving test, do a wardrobe clear out

My weekly goal is to write 500 words of a story I'm working on, and start another one.
So for this week, my goal is to book my last driving lesson so that my test can be booked.

How has everyone gone with their goals?
Mins this week I've totally Smashed! 😄 Which I'm feeling pretty awesome about. So I'm going to continue that same goal into this week, and I'm going to add an extra in. To rewire my bike tacker to the back wheel, so I can pedal with it on the stand I bought like 5 months ago. And then try and cycle for 10 mins each day. (I'm choosing such a little time because of my foot and ankle)
As for the second part of my goals... well that's still in progress 😛

I've totally wiped out with my goals for last week. Oops haha! ohwell New goals.
1. Wear the boot like my GP has asked me to.
2. Do the homework my GP gave me (Yes she went there lol) MY HW is to come up with a list of hobbies/goals for long term. She is going to support me with them.
3. Get back to the pool this week! 😄
4. Apply for those jobs open in my web browser
5. Find the unsuccessful letters to make a list for my case manager with the job search agency for next week, so we can chase up feedback
- Create a Facebook page for my project
- Go to work everyday
- Find 3 postives each day
- Keep up my no self harm streak
My weekly goal is to do some journaling. I feel like I'm burying everything inside me - which we know isn't very mentally healthy

Alright weekly goals:
1. Finish a list that's kind of about self improvement
2. Find time or have big chat with boyf
3. Read at least 1 book
4. Complete assignment on time
5. Have fun on Friday night
6. Sort out what's going on with my job.
@j95 nice one! This is a situation where i wish we didn't have the anonymity guidelines because i want to see the finished page 😛

Hmm. My goals.
- Finish editing my sister's wedding photos
- Do a 1 hour gymnastic strength routine
- Get in some heaps good sleeps to help get rid of this stupid virus thing that i have.
Eh you could do some of it I reckon, like you can tell us you made the page, what you wrote, share some of the photo ideas you picked if they're anonymous, etc etc, right?
@N1ghtW1ng oh that sucks that you need to wait so long, but I guess it gives you a little more time to practice? So when the time comes you can totally ace the test like I'm sure you will 🙂

I've managed to keep up my morning walk routine but haven't really been journalling (I've been doing a lot of mindful colouring instead though)
Tomorrow I have a training thing for work and then a Christmas dinner with some volunteering friends, so my goal is to try and go to both of those 🙂
