Hi @Rattata !
What time do you usually wake up and do you end up feeling tired throughout the day? Something that I realized that help me get through this problem was stopping myself from waking up late in the day and stopping myself from napping.
I wake up at a normal time in the morning and push through the day even though I want to nap so badly. This way when it's around 10, I WANT to just knock out and go to sleep. If you end up napping or waking up early, you're going to have enough energy to keep you up at night and keep your mind active. If you manage to get yourself through the day and end up tired, you can help yourself get a good night's sleep.
