I just wanted to echo what @Maddy-RO said about trying to get some advice from other professionals and support networks. It's great to hear that you've taken the time to do that and spoken to the Kids Help Line. I also want to say that despite you having to go through a lot, you have been strong and true to yourself despite the obstacles you have faced. Thank you for sharing your experience with us and opening up about your stresses.
You also mentioned not being able to tell your psychologist as your mum is also there in-sessions and you are not yet comfortable sharing it with them because of that. I'm wondering, do you have a more direct and private form of contact with the psychologist like through text message or email? That way you can let them know without informing your mum.
