                                       ReachOut Wellness Challenge:

                                10 ways to reduce Stress this month 

           Duration: 11th of June to 20th of June with Q&A on the 21th of June

 

It’s been a rough month for those dealing with the stress of school work or exams. You may be juggling with deadlines from work or you’ve been scrolling through provoking social media posts or headlines. After a day of stress, the only thing we want is to relax and calm ourselves and we are here to help.

Together we have planned out a 10 Day Wellness challenge especially for you to reduce stress this month. Each day, starting from the 11th of June through to the 20th of June, we will be posting one new challenge each day for you to complete in your own time. 

 

By the end of the challenge, we hope you will be willing to participate in a Q&A where we simply ask you  1. what went well for you and 2. what could have been improved in relation to this challenge so that we can create more improved challenges and events for you to join in.
