We all go through times in our lives when an injury prevents us from going to training or means we miss out on certain event. We also experience times when we are dissatisfied with our physical appearance and may even have physical disabilities. But how does it affect our mental health?
Sometimes we feel strong and powerful physically and this makes us feel accomplished.
But other times, it's difficult to keep up the tempo but everyone has their tough days.

What's your favourite way and least favourite way to exercise?
Favourite: Soccer. I have an awesome team (in terms of people, not in terms of skill level ) and very much enjoy filling that sweet full back role.
Least favourite: I don't really have a least favourite. Something complicated with lots of standing around like baseball, I guess.

Favourites for me would be footy, swimming, running, bike riding and skateboarding,weights at the gym or the rower, I do like crossfit but haven't been in agex
Least favourite: anything that isn't listed above, I definitely do not like nor excel at cricket
