This is such a cool game!! Also like your 4th tip around sleeping.. I might actually give it a crack! Maybe we should try it together.. haha I'm sure RO would appreciate that actually.. have us off the forums and in bed by a more humane time 😂

Okay so..

1. Write it (I preach this!)

2. Send/post it (such a great way to avoid having to be there for their response)

3. Draw/paint it (I can't draw a stick figure let alone an emotion lol)

4. Talk it out (totally NOT for me, but you do you)

5. Express it through song/dance (I really wish I could sing!!!)

Great question @Lost_Space_Explorer5 and a great one to think about right now...

My 5 ways to get through tough times are:

1. Breathe

2. Be kind, forgiving and understanding to yourself - like you would to someone you love

3. Take time out doing something that brings you peace, joy or contentment

4. Self care (for me that looks like walks, spending time with loved ones, hot baths, warm tea, cat snuggles)

5. Remember the times you've survived before and hold onto hope

Oh, how would I get a cat down from a tree...

1. Get the fire brigade to go rescue the cat

2. Get yourself a ladder and climb up to rescue the cat

3. If you're afraid of heights, ask a friend or family member to climb up

4. Hire a cherry picker and rescue the cat yourself

5. Hire a farmer with a cherry picker and get them to rescue the cat

Sorry, these ain't the best answers!

5 ways to show up for someone...

(I'm hoping this means like be there for someone and not literally showing up?)

1. Be there for someone even when they're going through a hard time and try to push you away

2. Pick up the phone or answer a message if they ask for help

3. Give them the benefit of the doubt

4. Listen to them and try and empathise with them

5. Stand by who you are and what you value. e.g. Don't keep their secrets if they aren't safe, maintain boundaries
