Since this question gets asked a lot and I'm avoiding sleep, I decided to make this thread!
Rules are simple. Answer the question, then ask a new one lke so:

Depends on the dish but my go-to for a curry, beans, chickpeas etc is always garlic granules, tumeric, cumin and chilli! 😛
