That's a great table @FootyFan26. I might start using that!

Nice one @FootyFan26

This is kind of like how i do my board version of the table version you just made.

I'd show you my actual Trello Board although unfortunately there's a fair bit of confidential work stuff 😞

I feel like the table makes it look a bit smaller so it doesn't seem as like as much to do but in reality it's the same amount of work regardless of how you look at it 🙂

Gah, sorry, something came up with uni and I'm low key stressing out but I'm back!

What do you do to stay organised at school, uni, work or in your personal life?

I used to have massive anxiety about my studies, so for the past maybe 5 years I have always planned out what I would do in my diary. I used to rely on it heavily; if it wasn't in my diary, I wouldn't do it, which can be a very bad thing when you think about it. Leaves no room for spontaneity, and a lot of room for anxiety!

Now, I do more of a general plan, like on Mondays I study -this- subject's lectures, on Tuesdays, I don't have much time so I'll only do a bit, if any. On Wednesday, I have more time so I'll do -these- things, etc. So my life becomes sort of routine, but I also leave extra days (like Sunday) where I can catch up on stuff if I didn't get around to doing it on the days I planned. It's much better and I find myself relying less and less on my diary.

@Chloee all good! Hopefully the uni stuff sorts itself out! I rely on my diary to help manage my anxiety too - now that you point it out it may not always be the most useful strategy 😛

Time for our next question!

Why does time 'fly by' when I have so much to do?

What are your thoughts on this question? Is this all mental?

Why does time 'fly by' when I have so much to do?

I think the more we have to do the more stressed and time pressured we feel, so time seems to be going as fast as our minds are! Also, when we have a lot to do, a lot of the time we genuinely probably could do with a bit more time and no amount of time ever feels like enough and we perceive time to go faster.

Why does time 'fly by' when I have so much to do?

Yeah I think it is all mental... it goes to show how our perception of things can change so much. I guess it happens because we don't pay as much attention to time when we've got a million other things on our mind? So it seems like time’s going super fast. It's like when you're bored and sit there doing nothing but staring at the clock - time seems to drag on foreeeever then 😛

I totally agree @lokifish. I think the statement itself is us simply putting a twist on our perception of time in relation to the amount of things we have to do.

Similar to the opening meme that states
"Time flies when we are having fun. False. Time is incapable of flight. And one's current level of enjoyment bears no influence on the matter."
It's so true! (I love it! hehe :P)

What does 'productivity' mean to you?

To me, productivity refers to the amount of effort you put into something and the effectiveness of it.

Being productive is a sensation I feel when I have genuinely tried my best and don't have the feeling of 'wasting time'.

SUP @lokifish @Alison5 @Chloee! Nice to see you all! (even though i can't actually see you i suppose...).

What does 'productivity' mean to you?

Productivity is such a tricky word to define! Like in simple terms, it's just doing stuff i guess... but what stuff? Is being productive doing lots of work and making lots of money? Or does being productive include things like looking after yourself and taking a moment to do absolutely nothing sometimes....

The more I grow as a person the more i think about productivity as doing all the things that help me live a good life. So not just working hard all the time, but also taking some time to practice stuff that helps life be good, which means for me, sometimes being productive means doing not much at all!
