I don't care if the vixens don't beat another team all year, all they have to do is beat the magpies (ps Eddie McGuire was there and he knows nothing about netball )

Yep the Melbourne vixens, in round 1 have just upset the premiership favourites, Magpies, by four goals. My hands may be a little sore from clapping so hard. Best game ever that I have watched live

It's okay to have thoughts like that @j95, just because we think something doesn't mean we have to act on it. I'm glad you're with your mates, do you feel like letting one of them know what your headspace is like atm? Or doing something something fun with your friends?

Any way you could challenge those thoughts @j95? I get that feeling like it's my time to go, too, sometimes, but later I usually look back and realise that I'm glad I didn't choose to hurt myself then. Maybe things will get even better for you in the future?
