Feeling very anxious about getting a job,I’ve been applying for jobs on seek & my employment agency is helping me also when i get a phone call about a job and talking to a employer for the first time makes me feel really nervous & I’m not really sure what to do...

Totally understandable to be feeling anxious about this, looking for work is a full on experience that forces us to put ourselves in a vulnerable space - and I think a lot of employers don't really respect that when they are doing interviews/phone calls. I always hated having to call up about a job, I would often write down what I was going to say first when they pick up and also write down a message to leave in case I got the voicemail, is that something that might help you?
I get that is harder to prepare for when they call you, I think when you answer the phone its totally reasonable to ask them to hold on for moment, then take a second to have a deep breath, go to a quiet place and grab a pen/pad/glass of water/a copy of your resume for reference/whatever you need to feel more comfortable to take the call, then you have a bit more control over the situation as well. Would that make things any less intense?
It's really tough when a potential employer calls up to do a screening interview and you've not had time to prepare at all. They will usually ask if now is a good time, and its totally fine to say sorry now is not the best time, could I call you back at (whatever time is better for you so you can have a little think/prepare what you might say)
