Update, Thank's so much for the love and support, I really appreciate it😃. So I haven't been able to reply or post for a few days because I tried to bring up something that was bothering me with my Mother (the person who I suspect is one of the main causes of my emotional pain and poor mental health) and basically the conversation triggered me so badly that I lost all mental energy, and I couldn't even type or hardly do anything, all I could do was basic things and just felt like sleeping mostly, any type of communication becomes completely exhausting in times when im feeling like that, so sorry for not responding sooner, please don't think I do it on purpose, I hate how many aspects of my life it affects, it takes away my controll of my life, I can't do the things I want to do, sometimes, I don't even know what I would want to do, because for a long time now all my decisions have been taken away from me. I was however able to go to my Nurse and Doctors appointment and get a referral to a counsellor. The Nurse was gave me a mental health assessment, and according to the results, (which is not a proper diagnosis yet, just an indication) I have severe depression and anxiety and moderate stress levels. Not sure how I can have severe anxiety and moderate stress, but anyhow that's how the assessment turned out. Also I find this really hard to say, but I think my mother may be covert narcicistic, and that is why I have such severe depression and anxiety. I have done quite a bit of research online about narcicists and their effect on their children, and I guess one reason why I find it so hard to say that that is what I think she is is because, if that is the case, then it's really horrifying, that this person, that you thought you could help, that you thought might have actually had some genuine love for you, is and never was who you thought they were, but theres too many things that add up for me not to say that theres some sort of emotional abuse going on, that has basically been going on my entire life.
