Three positives of today
Another frequented thread on the old forums. 🙂
The idea is to look for three positive things about your day whether it's been good or bad.
I'll start it off.
1. I ate some Maltesers and they were very yummy!
2. I got some of my French assignment done. 😄
3. The new ReachOut forums. Am I the only one who was buzzing with excitement when they came on here? 😄
- Been lazing around in trackies all day
- Made savoury muffins
- I'm having a souvlaki for lunch
- My dogs are sleeping so peacefully it's so cute
2. Been able to relax today, was able to nap.
3. I still managed to get some studying done
2. My psychologist appointment went well today
3. Had awesome home cooked meal for dinner
2. Today was a nice sunny day
3. I managed to get into the flow of writing my philosophy essay. I was really struggling to get started.
2. I went to class
3. I stayed all day even when I desperately wanted out of there
4. Worked on an assignment
2. Today I went to work and it was nice day
3. Yesterday was my birthday so I'm looking forward to the weekend
2. Watched some Star Wars Clone Wars clips.
3. Went home early from uni so I could have lunch (better than starving for 5-6 hours! 😛
And some things from the past week or so;
4. Handed in my theology assignment 9 hours before the due date 😛
5. Started in Frankenstein analysis (don't worry @Ben-RO, no science involved :P) and my science report (oh wait, there it is :P) which isn't due until the end of semester.
1. I WENT BACK TO WORK! Yay! I didn't even want to leave the course just over a week ago...
2. Had a massive lunch, it was so yum
3. Went for a bike ride (my shoe fell off at the traffic lights and people were beeping at me cause the light went green but it was still good)
@redhead you shaved half your head omg! Thats so cool, I love the way shaved heads feel hahahahaha
1. Having a no study break which means I can do whatever I want until later tonight
2. Handed in a major assignment today
3. I am feeling a bit relieved!
@Craycray17 nice job on the assignment! It's always such a relief when they're finished 🙂
1. Got to placement really early so decided to hop on the tram for a bit 😛
2. Was nice and sunny outside
3. Having a decent shift so far
- Ferrero Rochers!
- Pretty chill day, catching up on documentaries and uni work
- Scheduled some fitness classes in the upcoming week. Gotta get my fitness on!
1. Slept well last night
2. Cuddles with my dog
3. Watched DVDs with mum
2. Got some housework done
3. Xbox with my best mate
4. Randomly shave half my hair off 😛
My big positive is that I actually left the house for a while day, rather than the quick trips to the supermarket I was barly managing to do.
- Went to the gym this afternoon, I haven't worked that hard in months, it felt good.
- Even though I went to the gym and worked hard, I visited a girl that I've seeing for a little bit and we made our own gourmet burgers. I had chicken with blue cheese, bacon, garlic aioli and tomato.
- I shared with somebody how I've been feeling lately, by showing them something I wrote last night when I was upset.
- I remembered that at the end of this month I'll be 7 months self harm free despite everything lately
1. Had a pretty good day at placement
2. Caught up with my sister after her being away for a week
3. It's Friday! 😄
2. My housemates and I had a BBQ, invited some friends around.
3. Today was sunny, so sunny that we saw no risk in our putting our TV outside in order to watch the footy
4. my mate from Queensland didn't tell me is down visiting family for a month and came around to our bbq.
5. I ate 6 sausages
- Got my first tattoo!
- Had some excellent coffee
- Found out a fromagerie is opening near my office. So excited to gain some winter fat
@N1ghtW1ng It's a delta triangle. I used to study a "traditional" science before switching over to Psychology - which has always been long debated whether it's a "true" science because it's usually categorised as humanities, a "soft" science, or ambiguously as behavioural science. The delta symbol is primarily used in chemistry to signify endo- and exo-thermic reactions, in regards to how a catalyst may affect the overall response. Simply, it means change.
I decided to get this because regardless of whatever happens to me (i.e. an event being a "catalyst" or whatnot), I know that I will be taking steps and being open to change.
2. The train wasn't very crowded
3. My science lecture was more of a pow-wow,catch-up,q&a which was awesome.
