How do you incorporate wellbeing into your week?
I block out my schedule for down time/self-care
What's your favourite Weekly Wellbeing activity and why?
I love anything creative where i can be spontaneous. It gives be some balance and separation from how I tackle my work (I'm ususally a to-do list kind of person 😋)
Do you have an idea for a future Weekly Wellbeing activity?
Have we ever done one on writing a letter to our future self or who we want to become? If not I'd love to see one!
