I'm @Ben-RO and I'm a Community Coordinator. It's my job to look after everyone on the forums. I'm here to tell you what the forums are and how you can get involved.
So what are the forums anyway?
The forums are a place people go to talk, they’re just like all the other places you go to talk to people online. Our forums are special though, because you can talk about stuff you’re not ready to share anywhere else and nobody will know. We’ll listen and support you, no matter what 🙂

If you would like to tag someone in a post all you need to do is type the @ symbol and then the persons name. This will let the person know you've mentioned them and they can take a look at your post.
@giff12 the forum features can definitely take a bit of getting used to! We're always happy to help if you're unsure of how to do something 🙂

when talking to specific peopl if you type the @ symbol names will pop up and you can select from the names that way we know your talking to that specific person and we get a notification

I am AvocadoLover. To be honest I thought this username would have been taken haha.
I Just signed up to ReachOut about 15 minutes ago. I am not your average 20 year old Female. My favourite colour is black as I think it is timeless. I don't drink coffee or take naps during the day. I would much prefer a night in than a party night out on the town. My favourite way to relax is to listen to music, go shopping and soak my feet with an epsom salt bath.

I'm smilepants2010 because when I was younger it was my stardoll account name. I guess I just wanted to say I love your statement about the color black, the idea of it being endless is pretty interesting. I'm soon to be 20 too and I'm starting to think classifying anything as normal is unrealistic, so I'm abnormal to I guess. I am more of a tea person myself but day naps are life 😄 I like to go into makeup stores and swash every color on my arm and that chills me out so relating with the shopping part but I'm also a broke uni student so I can't really buy anything. If it's not too strange talking to a total stranger I would love to find out more things about you. Like what is your favorite song and food. You can tell a lot about a person by what they eat 😛

Thanks for posting in this thread, and I’m sorry to hear that you aren’t feeling so good at the moment. May I ask why you consider yourself to be ‘abnormal’?
Just in case you didn’t already know, ReachOut has some great factsheets on anxiety, which I will link here and here, along with a number of others. The second one contains some strategies you may find useful.
By your posts you are obviously a kind and caring person, and despite the fact that you are asking for help, you are thinking about others and wanting to be involved, so good on you! Look forward to seeing you round in the forums!
