[CHAT]: Funky Fresh Forum Upgrades!
As of 4th July 2017, our forums will have undergone a fabulous upgrade, thanks to the hardworking staff at Reachout! This will include a new display and a bunch of awesome new features.
Therefore, this Getting Real session will be all about the new forum upgrade! This will be a chance to discuss what you like, what you think could be improved, and to voice any other suggestions or comments about the newest makeover of our funky forums.
Watch this forum at 8:00pm AEST on Monday, 10th July to have a chat about everything forum-related. We hope to see you there!

Question 1: What do you like about the new upgrade?

I like so many things about the new upgrade!
For instance, I like that we get notifications when we get a hi-5 or are tagged in a post - I used to always miss posts that people had tagged me in because I'd get overwhelmed with emails and not be able to keep up with them all.
I also like how there's a sidebar menu for quick access to various forum pages.
And how easy it is to see how many guests/users are online at any one time!
Good point about the easy to use search function @j95, I like that too!
And I know this is a really basic change, but the white background/theme just feels...nice.
I also like how you get notifications now! It's such an easy way to see when people tag you in things, and when people reply to a thread that you've also commented in or are interested in. I think that's super cool as it allows you to filter through the threads really quickly to see the stuff that you like
On the home page, I like how we know how many people are online and I also like how I can find out which sections in the forum have had recent posts. I feel like the important information stands out. 
I've never actually tried the site on mobile - will have to do that!
Seems like there is lots we really like but as with everything...
What do you think can be improved?

What I like:
- Sexy layout
- New reply layout looks good
- Picture feature is really cool
- Kudos button works!!!!!!
- Modern design
- Latest posts and threads on sides make it much easier to find recent posts
- Being able to see new users and who's online
Improvements & Features:
- Having page numbers at bottom as well as top
- I still don't know what the numbers next to the list of names mean
- Seeing how many posts people have cause it's cool
- Being able to tell difference between edited and unedited posts
- Being able to tell difference between read and unread posts
- Aussie spell check instead of American
- List of names on right could be a tad more organised
I know that comes up in the actual notifications page though so it's not a huge issue
