Our Accomplishments

Hey RO Crew! Sometimes when we are clouded by symptoms of mental illness/distressing circumstances/bad news; it can be easy to catastrophize and start turning our negative energy inward.

Thought it would be cool for some of you guys to list 3 accomplishments you've managed to achieve in the last 3 years.

I will kick off:

1. started a blog and got to interview some really amazing Australians as a part of that

2. learnt how to meditate mindfully

3. started a new uni course

@j95 @lokifish @N1ghtW1ng @DruidChild @redhead @safari93 @scared01 and others - what accomplishments can you reflect on?

Yeah @N1ghtW1ng, with breaks! haha each piece was 5-8 minutes and i had breaks in between but there was one 30 minute one in the middle! I definitely couldnt do it now, i worked super hard for over a year to get fit enough to do it and then i was so sick of training and eating well that i just went off the rails and ate everything and slept heaps haha
