Health anxiety sucks and I'm so sorry you're experiencing so much of it atm. I am super sucky with advice atm sorry but you know that. I'm here and listening though and hope you're okay 💙 I can never get the whole breathing thing to work so I feel ya there.. I'm sure you have, but have you tried breathing to one of those moving thingos I don't even know what they're called but I know Janine posted one on my thread one time when I was rather worked up and I have to say it didn't work completely but it did work better than just trying to concentrate on my breath cause like you had a pic thingo to breath in time with if that makes sense? I have no doubts you know what I'm on about?

Also, super quick side note.. do you know if Janine left? Like I feel like I haven't seen her on here in forever and it low key makes me sad totally notttt attached lol but I've just been wondering cause yeah it seems like a few staff and stuff have left or just not on here anymore idk. I knoenjts none of my business and you probably can't even tell me but yeah was just wondering cause I miss seeing her round and haven't really noticed a goodbye thing for her but also haven't really looked cause well I'm scared that she has and denial is better ahahaha I hope I don't sound like a creeper but yeah her and another staff member who I am sure she knows who she is have just really supported me and well we know how attachment goes and what I'm like 😂 so actually maybe if you do know something maybe don't break that news to me tonight lol not a good idea. Ugh now you're getting the MB story. God we suck at taking over eachothetd threads don't we ahaha sorry!!!

Do you reckon grabbing mr weighted slothy might help a bit too? Maybe snuggle up to him during the movie and see if he can help?
