Three positives of today
Another frequented thread on the old forums. 🙂
The idea is to look for three positive things about your day whether it's been good or bad.
I'll start it off.
1. I ate some Maltesers and they were very yummy!
2. I got some of my French assignment done. 😄
3. The new ReachOut forums. Am I the only one who was buzzing with excitement when they came on here? 😄
1. I had an awesome session with my psych today and got some A+ strategies for time management and coping with stress. I am a superstar.
2. Bought new saucepans after cooking on crappy Cheap as Chips ones for six months now. No more burnt food for me!
3. My pre-work coffee was particularly delicious and now I am caffeine-bouncy.
It's been a good day!
2. Nap when I got home.
3. A nice long shower to relax.
2. Catched up on lecture
3. Resisted the urge to destroy myself
2. Got some more tea Today
3. Had an awesome home cooked meal for dinner
2. I watched some Criminal Minds. I love the early episodes where they all look like babies. 😄 So cute.
3. Dinner was nice.
1. Binder arrived today.
2. Successfully got into it even though it looked like it was going to be way too small.
3. It looks alright. Not like amazing whoo everything's super awesome, but I think it's an improvement.
2. Slept in
3. Got through another day
2. Listening to epic music
3. I got through today
2. I watched The Incredibles (still waiting on that sequel :P)
3. Had breakfast.
1. Almost done with my assignment that's due tom. Just a bit more to go.
2. I felt my migraine becoming intense, but I managed to get it under control right away.
3. I relaxed on the train when I was feeling really intense with relaxing music and nature sounds.
2. Currently watching the LEGO Movie
3. Went for a really nice run/jog/walk with my baby girl
4. Brother actually got off his butt almost immediately to help with the pup after I asked him.
2. Was able to cope with difficult feelings today
3. My migraine is better than it was earlier today.
@Creativegirl12 Im glad your migraine is better than it was, I hope it goes away entirely soon!
Positives of my day:
- Saw my parents and had no friction during that time.
- Spent some time with my new little quails!
- Had enough spoons to clean up, not enough to tackle the bigger things but, baby steps right? ahah
You have quails @Flit? Sooooo jealous!
Positives of today (all related to the RO Recharge App😞
1. I got up when my alarm went off
2. I got the amount of sunlight I was meant to
3. I did 10 minutes more of exercise than the app told me to
Oh dear. It's reminding me of that migraine I had last year which occured non-stop for a whole 2 months. Doctor didn't even know what caused it. I hope it never comes back.
+ Assignment extension!
+ It's extremely nice weather today especially since it's winter
+ Forgot security questions for apple and couldn't access credit but I got around it
2. Dinner was nice
3. Got a good seat on the train both ways
4. Jumper weather!!! 😄
1. Finished the bulk of a rather mind numbing task today.
2. Been playing some guitar/singing.
3. Trying to do positive stuff rather than focus on what I'm thinking.
2. Caught up on lectures
3. Blasting some tunes now, it helps me feel more calm.
1. Managed to stay at uni all day despite feeling quite overwhelmed at times
2. Bought myself a nice lunch
3. Learnt how to give injections in today's lab. So much fun 😛
2. Had a easygoing day
3. Was able to get out of bed even though I felt depressed and sick
2. Snuggled up warm in bed.
3. I got through today
1. Got groceries for tomorrow.
2. Made it home with exactly enough energy to put my leftovers on the stove.
3. ... ... Reserved. I know there was something else positlve but can't think of it right now. Edit: Ok got it! I'm learning how to teach something to someone at work. It's kinda challenging cause I haven't been in much of a teaching position before, but it's pretty cool to be learning a new skill.
