Today I'm Grateful For..
Last year I kept a diary everyday of the year. At the end of each entry, I would write down one thing I was grateful for that day. Looking back at it makes me appreciate a lot of things that I often forget about.
So, today I am grateful for my guinea pig Toffee - who unfortunately passed away yesterday aged 6. I got to spend an amazing 5 and a half years together with her. Thanks, Tof!
So, what are you grateful for today?
Today I'm grateful that Stranger Things has reignited my love for Kate Bush ⛰🏃♀️
Today I am grateful for the big cuddles my dog gave me this morning, for my best friend who sent me a text to check in on me and for the yummy lunch I just ordered for myself! 😋
I am grateful for heating, my legs that allow me to do long walks and my little kitty that loves to cuddle me on the couch 😸
Yesss where would we be without heating!
I am grateful for hot chocolate, functioning keyboards, and lip balm!
Today I'm grateful for fresh air 🙂 (through a mask but still counts :P)
Today I'm grateful for my uni . It's allowing me to train to become who I want to be, and I'm learning lots and making lots of friends in the process!
Today I'm grateful for beautiful crisp winter's mornings. So nice to walk in to work!
I am extremely grateful for my Bestie, who is there for me, all through my episodes, my mental health things, and loving me the way I need a friend to love me. I love her so much, even if I feel like my body and self is a big burden to her. She loves me the same, no matter what. 🙂
That's so lovely @xXLexi_Lou122Xx. It's great that you have a lot of support around you and that you have an awesome best-friend that understands you
The community I live in who have contributed my families Christmas drive this year, did not expect so many people to get on board, it’s usually just something myself and my partner do but we threw it out to the locals and so many have helped
Today I'm grateful for Zoom/ Facetime/Skype. I have a love-hate relationship with them to be honest, but I'm also so grateful for cheap and relatively easy ways to keep in contact with loved ones overseas, my brother and other family members are living overseas at the moment, and with the way of the world at the moment we have no idea when we'll be able to see each other face to face again. So it's so great to be able to have a face to face chat every week or so.
