Hello people of RO
I wanted to make a thread where we could all keep track of our self care and encourage each other to take care of ourselves.
Today I practiced self care by taking a break from my assignment for some fresh air. How did you practice self care today?
Tbh my depress will be solved today
I not stayed home i went to do other things
Exam is too overwhelming i just tday in add low pressure n weak heart
So kinda all slowly fixed

Yea it very important coz of mixed mood it not safe
I just listen calm music sometimes n exercise practice for my weak heart
Tbh im bad at self care i need to learn how to do it
I'm going to play a game tonight to chill and relax (if it wants to load 😛 )
Today I practiced self care by taking some time away from assignments, and writing in my bullet journal instead!

Today I practiced self care by taking myself for a walk and listening to a goal setting podcast because I woke up very anxious
1. Hidden Brain
Looks into how our brains work, and psychology. Done by NPR in the States. Really well produced.
2. Drew and Drew's Grandma
Youtuber Drew Monson and his grandma, Dorothy, delve into everything under the sun. Really sweet and funny, I love the dynamics of their relationship. Drew is really open with struggling with his mental health sometimes, and I find him really relatable.
3. Into Intentional
Christie focuses on intentional living, zero-waste and has recovered from an ED. Really inspiring and uplifting. Great for starting a productive day.
I have so many favourites but these are the first three to come to mind.
I practiced self-care today by talking to my friend's about my day and debriefing on things that overwhelmed me.
I practiced self care by taking a day off after a tough few days at work!
And going to my appointments even though I didn't want to.
