Weekly Wellbeing Activities! Updated Masterlist
Hello everyone!
Wellbeing is super important. It can be helpful to take some time out of our day and reflect on some of the things we can or need to do to help ourselves feel better. There's a little wheel of wellbeing called the wheel of wellbeing.
Each section represents a different way that we can take care of ourselves and our wellbeing. It could be through being active, connecting with others, taking notice of our surroundings and being mindful or learning new things. There's so many different ways that we can help have a positive wellbeing.
So, to help us on that positive journey, we're going to do Weekly Wellbeing! Every Wednesday, we're going to share a new wellbeing activity with you all. We'll explain what the activity is, and give an example so you can see what to do. Even though it's posted on a Wednesday, you can reply on a Thursday, a Saturday, or even a week later! There's no time limit on these activities 🙂
Check out below for a giant list of all the activities we've done in the past and give one a go! 😄

That's awesome!!! I have been practising randomly from the list.
@Jay-RO this is such a lovely idea! I'm not 100% if this fits in with the past activities but I think it could be helpful to have an activity focused on strategies and exercises we use to cope and manage our lives such as specific grounding exercise, meditations/playlists people like, or anything concrete like that. It could be like a remix of the 100 coping strategies thread, but maybe a bit smaller in scope because I personally find threads with lots of page really intimidating to navigate
Hey @DirtWitch , i just realised that the week on random coping strategies game, is kind of what you were suggesting in your comment above!
Did it help to navigate the long coping strategies thread?
